Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We cannot modify orders placed or cancel orders that have already shipped. All orders typically ship within 24 hours of receipt and in most cases much sooner. How long for my order to arrive?
Depending on where you are located and the shipping service you selected, your order could take 1-10 business days to arrive. However, once your order leaves our building, the carrier will have all the updated information necessary to track your order. Tracking numbers are supplied once the order is packed and you can track movement once the carrier scans the package.
Status shipped but tracking not available?
Tracking numbers are located in the My Account section of your account and additionally emailed from no-reply@stamps.com to the email provided at check out. Please login in or check your filter caches.
Shipping restrictions?
It’s possible you live in a communist state that doesn’t allow Nicotine Products. If that’s true, we’re sorry for you. Otherwise, go ahead, place your order and enjoy EFX!
I haven’t received my order yet?
Depending on the shipping service you selected, your order could take 1-10 business days to arrive. However once your order leaves our building, we are not in control of the carrier schedule. If in the unusual case your package wasn’t delivered please first contact your local carrier and supply them with your tracking number. The local carrier has access to tracking software that is unavailable to us and can give you more accurate up to date location of your package. Do I get a confirmation email?
Yes. Every order gets a confirmation email and a tracking email separately. If for any reason you have not received these emails, please check your filter caches first before contacting us.
