Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

Overview

By subscribing to our monthly service, you authorize automatic billing every 30 days from your initial purchase date, unless and until you cancel.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. Charges will appear on your statement as EFX.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
To cancel, log into your account and go to the “Subscriptions” section, or contact our support team at efxpouch@gmail.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access until that date.

Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled in accordance with the terms above.
